Ghasful holds seminar on \\\'Bidhrohi\\\'

Ghasful, a media house, organised a seminar on 'Bidhrohi' and a cultural programme marking the birth anniversary of national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam at Daily Star Centre in the city recently.

The programme began with recitation from Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam's works by Rabia Sultana Panna. Presided over by Prof Safiuddin Ahmed, renowned academician Prof Dr Saumitra Shekhor, Department of Bangla, Dhaka University, presented the keynote paper.

Prof Mahmud Shah Qureshi, Dean of Arts and Social Science Faculty, Gono Bishwabidyalay, Prof Mansur Musa, Chairman of Department of English and Linguistic, Gono Bishwabidyalay and poet Muhammad Nurul Huda, among others, spoke on the occasion, said a press release.
