Gopalganj Bar Assoc election held

GOPALGANJ, Mar 29: Gopalganj Bar Association election was held Saturday.
Advocate Ahmed Nawsher Ali has been elected president of the association. He defeated Advocate Fakir Abdul Mannan by 53 votes.
Advocates ASM Golam Rasul Khan (Raja) and AKM Akram Ali were elected vice presidents while Advocate Chowdhury Kasraul Alam, the secretary of the association.
Advocates Aminur Rahman (Lablu) and M Firojur Rahman became assistant secretaries.
Advocates Abul Fazal, Mahabubur Rahman and Shawkat Ali became uncontested members of the association.
