Gunmen shoot NGO-official in city

Unknown gunmen Tuesday shot and wounded an NGO-official in broad daylight after stepping into its local office at Sutrapur in the city, police said.
The victim was identified as Abdul Halim (45), manager of ASA Nawabpur branch. A staff of the NGO said four to five persons entered the room of the manager and opened fire indiscriminately on him.
