The High Court (HC) Sunday asked the government not to disturb or bar graft-convict former state minister for civil aviation Mir Nasir Uddin of BNP from going abroad without due process of law, reports UNB.
Passing the directive following a writ petition, a HC division bench issued a rule upon the government to explain why its action restricting the petitioner from going abroad should not be declared without lawful authority.
