The High Court (HC) Thursday granted pre-arrest bail for six months to another accused on surrender before it in connection with the recent MV "Coco-4" launch capsize case, reports UNB.
Passing the interim order following a petition filed by master of MV Coco-4 Shamsul Huq, a division bench comprising Justice AFM Abdur Rahman and Justice Emdadul Huq Azad issued a rule upon the government to explain why the accused-petitioner should not be granted regular bail.
