A High Court division bench of Justice Fahmida Quader and Justice Md Ashif Hasan passed the order after holding hearing on a writ petition filed by Supreme Court lawyer Md Monir Uddin.
"The court ordered the respondents to reply within next two weeks," Advocate Md Monir Uddin, who moved the plea before the court as well, told newsmen.
