US secretary of State Hillary Clinton congratulated the Bangladeshis on the occasion of Bangla New Year, reports UNB.
In a message she said, "On behalf of President Barack Obama and the American people, I congratulate all Bangalis as you celebrate Pohela Boishakh and welcome a new year of promise and possibility".
