A ten-day IGLOO-Ruposhi Bangla Hotel Ice Fest 2014 will begin tomorrow (Thursday).
Ruposhi Bangla Hotel General Manager (GM) James P McDonald came up with the discloser at a press conference at the hotel Tuesday.
Among others, the hotel's Resident Manager Mahfuzur Rahman, Marketing and Communications Manager Shahidus Sadeque, Assistant Food and Beverage Director Dipu Chowdhury, IGLOO Head of Sales MA Bayes, Senior Manager Shamim Ahmed spoke on the occasion.
GM of the hotel McDonald said anyone could enjoy as much ice creams for a coupon worth Tk 500 at the festival.
To make the event more attractive, the authorities will arrange live music and interactive games for the visiting ice cream lovers. In addition, a raffle draw will be held on the final day, he added.
The IGLOO official said the aim of ice fest is to acquaint the newly-introduced items with customers.
Bayes said the IGLOO will manufacture the ice creams based on feedback of the consumers at the festival.
He said through the festivity, the leading ice cream brand IGLOO will feature some ten new flavours for the customers that will be available for token money.
The festival will be held from May 22 to May 31. Every day, the fiesta will remain open for all from 11:00am to 9:00 pm at Ruposhi Bangla Hotel.
