IUB team wins United Asian Debating Championship

Bangladeshi debaters with the national flag posing for photograph along with the team that won the Open Champion of United Asian Debating Championship (UADC)-2018 at Bandung in Indonesia recently

IUB 1 of Independent University of Bangladesh won the Open Champion of United Asian Debating Championship (UADC)-2018 held at Bandung in Indonesia recently, says a press release.
The debaters are Aaqib Farhan Hossain, Mahmudul Hasan Nabil and Zobayer Ahmed.
Meanwhile, IBADU 2 of Institute of Business Administration of University of Dhaka became the runners-up of the event.
Nawed Nafees, Rayaan Ibtesham Chowdhury and Kazi Ashfaqul Huq were the members of the debating team.
Both the teams reached the final stage with their extraordinary performances and set up an all Bangladesh Grand finale for the very first time.
Aaqib Farhan Hossain of IUB 1 was crowned the 'best speaker of Open Final' at the Grand Finale. Besides, Sourodip Paul and Sajid Khandaker (both from IBA-DU1) achieved the positions of the 4th and 9th best speakers of UADC 2018 respectively.
