Janaza of Prof Moniruzzaman held

The Namaz-e-Janaza of Prof Dr Mohammad Moniruzzaman was held on the premises of Dhaka University (DU) Central Mosque Thursday, reports BSS.brChairman of the University Grants Commission Prof Nazrul Islam, DU Vice-Chancellor SMA Faiz, Treasurer Prof Syed Abul Kalam Azad, a large number of teachers, officials, employees and students of the university attended the Janaza, a press release said.brAfter the Janaza, the body of Moniruzzaman was taken to his village home in Jessore for burial.
