Japanese envoy opens CDD complex in city

The Centre for Disability in Development (CDD) complex and National Resource Centre on Assistive Technology by the Japanese government was inaugurated Thursday, said an embassy press release.
CDD is a local NGO which works for the disabled people and the NSCAT was set up to impart training to craftsmen who would make artificial limbs for the handicapped.
