Journalist Chandan dies Inu shocked

Noted journalist and feature editor of the vernacular daily 'Dainik Manabkantha' Obaidul Gani Chandan died of a cardiac arrest Saturday. He was 40, reports BSS.
Family sources said, he was sleeping with one of his friends at his Uttara residence. Chandan fell sick at 10:15 am and was rushed to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where the doctor on duty pronounced him dead.
Chandan was a prominent rhyme and feature writer, who also worked for different newspapers and private television channels, including the Dainik Ittefaq, Independent Television, Boishakhi and Bangla Vision.
UNB report adds: Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu expressed deep shock at the death of Obaidul Gani Chandan.
