Journalist Hasan Iqbal\\\'s 4th death anniv today

The 4th death anniversary of Hasan lqbal, a language movement veteran and former assistant editor of The Daily Ittefaq will be observed today (Friday).

On the occasion, a doa and milad mahfil will be held at Barobagh Jame Mosque at Mirpur-2 in the city after Asr prayer.

Relatives, friends and well-wishers are requested to attend the programme and pray for the salvation of the departed soul.

Journalist Hasan lqbal had worked for The Daily Ittefaq for 48 years, said a press release.
