Journo Rafique dies

CHITTAGONG, Feb 19: Veteran journalist Nur Md Rafique passed away this evening at the house of his sister at Halishahar in the city. He was 73.
Rafique was suffering for a long time from severe wounds in the left leg and other old -age complications. He was sent to France for leg treatment in 1973 but came back before recovery.
He wrote a number of folk-rhymes for children and a dictionary of colloquial language of Chittagong origin.
