KHULNA, Aug 22 (UNB): Justice Abdur Rouf stressed Friday the need for better exchange of knowledge among the people of different religions to ensure their peaceful coexistence.
He mentioned that the people of the country are strong believers in their respective faiths.
An environment for peaceful co-existence among the people of different faiths should be created through the reciprocal exchange of knowledge about religions, the former Supreme Court judge said, addressing the divisional conference of Sarbadhormio Sampriti Sava held at a local hotel.
Justice Abdur Rouf also noted that the nation is suffering from a lack of sense of discipline. There should be sincere efforts to make it more disciplined, he said.
