JUTA election January 29

The election of Jahangirnagar University   Teachers' Association (JUTA) will be held on January 29, at teachers club from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm without any break.

This was disclosed by Chief Election Commissioner Prof Aktar Mahmud, also a teacher of Urban and Regional Planning Department, in a written statement Sunday.

The distribution of nomination papers began from Sunday and will be received until January 22. Scrutiny of nomination paper on the same day from 12:00 noon to 2.00 pm, and withdrawal of nomination paper on January 25. Final list of candidates' will be published on January 25.
