The mortal remains of actress and content creator Kaarina Kaisar are scheduled to arrive in Dhaka today from India's Chennai, reports bdnews24.com.
Her father, former national football team captain Kaisar Hamid, said on Saturday that the body will reach the capital today (Sunday) afternoon and will be taken to their residence in Banani DOHS.
"The body will then be taken to Gazaria in Munshiganj on Monday, where she will be buried at her maternal grandfather's home," he told the news agency.


Kaarina had been fighting liver complications for over a week at a Dhaka hospital before her condition took a turn for the worse and she was put on life support.
On May 11, she was airlifted to Christian Medical College (CMC) Hospital in Vellore for advanced treatment. She died there on Friday night.
Back home, she made her name as a content creator before steadily finding her footing as an actress in recent times, with screenwriting also becoming part of her craft.
Her credits include "Internship" and "36-24-36".
BSS adds: the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Karina Kaisar, daughter of former national football team player and former captain of the Mohammedan club Kaisar Hamid.
In a condolence message, BFF president Tabith Awal along with the senior vice president, vice presidents and others expressed their deepest condolences at the death of Kaarina. On the other hand, Mohammedan Sporting Club (MSC) Limited expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of popular content creator, and actress Kaarina Kaisar.
