K'ganj foil factory catches fire

A fire broke out at a tin-shed aluminum foil factory in south Keraniganj on the outskirts of the city on Friday evening.

Sources said the fire erupted at around 6:30pm.

Eight firefighting units were working to douse the blaze at about 09:00pm as of filing this report, said fire service media unit.
