Lawyer commits suicide in Uttara home

A lawyer of Gazipur Judge Court reportedly committed suicide at his Uttara residence in the city on Monday, reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Advocate Gazi Azaharul Islam (50), a resident of Road No-3 of Uttara Sector 13 under Uttara West thana.
Contacted, Inspector (Investigation) of Uttara West thana Biplob Kumar Shill said family members of Advocate Azaharul Islam rescued him from hanging from the ceiling of a room at about 8:30 am and rushed him to a local hospital.
