Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Sunday), according to the Met Office.
It may also occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh and Dhaka divisions with moderately heavy falls.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged. The highest temperature in the country on Saturday was recorded at 35.5 degrees Celsius in Nikli while the lowest temperature at 24.8 degrees in Hatiya and Kutubdia.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 35.0 degrees Celsius on Saturday and the lowest was 27.7 degrees.
