The 99th birth anniversary of late Syed Mahbub Murshed, former chief justice, will be observed today (Monday), says a press release.
In this connection, Quran khwani and Fateha khwani have been arranged at the late Murshed's mazar at Banani. Syed Mahbub Murshed Memorial Committee will lay floral wreaths there.
Various socio-cultural organisations will hold discussions highlighting the personality, historical role and glorious achievement of "a keeper of national conscience."
