Vice Chairman of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) Major General Md Emdad-Ul-Bari, ndc, psc, inaugurating the Baishakhi Mela, as part of observance of the Pahela Baishakh (Bangla new year) at the university in the city on Sunday. Later, he, along with BUP Pro-VC Professor M Abul Kashem Mozumder, PhD, other high officials, teachers, students and their family members enjoyed the cultural programme.
