Major Mohammad Javed Hassan (Retd) dies

Major Mohammad Javed Hasan (Retd) breathed his last at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in the city on Friday, says a statement.
He was 55 years old.
He was laid to rest with full military honours at the Banani Army Graveyard on Sunday.
He left behind his wife, a daughter, a son and a host of friends, well-wishers and relatives to mourn his death.
Major Hasan was younger brother of Shameem Hassan, director (Public Relations) of the Bangladesh Power Development Board.
