Man gets 10 yrs for murder

A court here on Monday convicted a man and sentenced him to 10 years imprisonment for killing his brother-in-law in 2012, reports UNB.
The convict, Hafizur Rahman Khan, 45, was tried in absentia.
The court also fined him Tk 50,000, in default, to suffer two years more rigorous imprisonment.
According to the prosecution, Hafizur's wife Khaleda Parveen Baby locked in a scuffle with her husband over his alleged extramarital relationship on May 29, 2012.
