SYLHET, July 27 (UNB): A court here Thursday convicted a man and sentenced him to life imprisonment in absentia in the sensational Tahir Ali murder case.
The court also fined the convict Santai Miah (40) of Shahapur village in Goainghat upazila, Tk 20,000, in default, to suffer six months more rigorous imprisonment (RI).
