Mild cold wave likely to sweep N-region

A mild cold wave may sweep over the northern region covering Rajshshi, Pabna, Naogaon, Dinajpur and Sayedpur districts in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Thursday), reports BSS.

Weather may also remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.

Moderate to thick fog may occur over the country during midnight.

Night and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.

The country's maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded at 30.7 degrees Celsius in Cox's Bazar and minimum at 7.8 degrees in Badalgachi.

The highest temperature in the city on Wednesday was recorded at 26.5 degrees Celsius and the lowest at 15.6 degrees.
