Rain/thunder shower accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Dhaka and Mymensingh divisions until 6:00 pm today (Saturday), according to Met office.
Meanwhile, mild heat wave is sweeping over the regions of Dhaka, Tangail, Faridpur, Mymensingh, Cumilla, Noakhali, Feni, Chandpur, Pabna, Bogura, Sirajgonj, Dinajpur, Panchagarh, Jashore, Khulna, Barishal, Bhola and Sylhet.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 37.4 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 27.3 degrees.
The sun sets in the city today (Saturday) at 5:32 pm and will rise tomorrow (Sunday) at 5:57 am.
