Missing schoolboy found dead in N\\\'ganj

NARAYANGANJ, Aug 26 (UNB): Police recovered the body of a schoolboy, who went missing Sunday, from a pond at Siddhirganj in the city Monday night.

The deceased was identified as Morsalin (15), son of Amir Bhandari and a resident of the area.

Locals spotted the body of Morsalin in a pond in the area at about 8:00 pm and informed the police.

Police recovered the body and sent it to the 100-bed Narayanganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy.

Ali Hossain, uncle of the victim, said Morsalin went out of their house Sunday afternoon and did not return.

A case was filed in this connection.
