MM Ispahani remembered

A Dua Mahfil was held at the premises of Mirza Ahmed Ispahani High School at Pahartali in Chittagong on Thursday marking the 92nd birth anniversary of late Mirza Mehdy Ispahani, said a press release.

The late industrialist and education enthusiast was the chairman of MM Ispahani Ltd and founder of the school.

The school authority also arranged a painting and essay competition for students on his life as part of the programme held to commemorate him.

S.M. Mojibur Rahman, headmaster of the school, presided over the meeting held under the programme. It came to an end through a prayer seeking salvation of the departed soul.
