Monipur High School accords reception to 450 meritorious students

Monipur High School in the city's Mirpur area has accorded a reception to its 450 meritorious students, including 314 GPA-5 holders, for their remarkable achievements in examinations, reports UNB.
Monipur High School has earned the 3rd place among high schools across the country, as its 314 students secured A+ (GPA-5) in the SSC examination this year.
Dhaka Divisional Commi-ssioner Ekram Ahmed was present as the chief guest at the function while Chairman of the school managing committee and Dhaka district Deputy Commissioner Kamal Uddin presided over it.
Later, Ekram Ahmed handed over crests and certificates among the successful students.
Monipur High School Headmaster Ahad Ali, school managing committee members Habibur Rahman, Khadija Akhter Shilpi and MA Hamid were also present, among others, on the occasion.
