Mother, son sustain burn injuries in city fire

A woman and her four-year-old son sustained burn injuries when a fire broke out at their house in the city's Mohammadpur area on Saturday night, reports UNB.
The victims were identified as Tasmim Binte Aziz, wife of Sheikh Nasirul Islam, and their son Sheikh Nasirul Al Tanzim.
Quoting Nasirul, police said the fire originated on the first floor of a five-storey building around 10:00 pm reportedly from accumulated gas, leaving Tasmim and Tanzim injured.
