MoU signed between JU, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Jahangirnagar University (JU) and Tokyo University of Foreign Studies of Japan on Thursday in the conference room of the Vice-Chancellor's office of the university.

The MoU was signed by Professor Dr Rasheda Akhtar, Treasurer of Jahangirnagar University, and Professor Masahiko Togawa, representative of Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.

In accordance with the agreement, educators and students from the departments within the Faculty of Social Sciences of Jahangirnagar University will have the chance to engage in various activities, including mutual learning, research, publishing, and seminars.

The signing event was attended by Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Md. Nurul Alam, among others.
