Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid urged Monday the NAM member states to develop a reliable framework of action to open up new opportunity of cooperation between the developed and developing countries in order to transfer, share and exchange technologies, reports UNB.
Nahid made the appeal while addressing the 'Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Science, Technology and Innovation Ministerial Conference' in Tehran, Iran, according to a message received In the city.
President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Dr Hassan Rouhani earlier inaugurated the two-day conference Monday.
A three-member Bangladesh delegation, led by Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid, is attending the meeting.
