Navy chief returns home from Singapore

Chief of Naval Staff Vice Admiral M Farid Habib returned home from Singapore on Wednesday, says an ISPR press release.

During the three-day visit to Singapore, the Navy chief attended the International Maritime Defence Exhibition (IMDEX).

He also attended seminars titled 5th Maritime Information Sharing Exercise (MARISX), 5th Western Pacific Naval Symposium Multilateral Sea Exercise (WMSX) and International Maritime Conference (IMC).    

Earlier, a two-member delegation of Bangladesh Navy led by the Naval chief left Dhaka for Singapore on May 18 to participate in the programme.
