New office bearers of UCEP

Managing Director of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited Md Yeasin Ali inaugurating 68th branch of the bank at Pabna district town recently.

The 20th annual general meeting (AGM) of the Underprivileged Children's Educational Programmes (UCEP) Association was held at the head office of UCEP Bangladesh in the city Thursday, said a press release.
Dr Ubaidur Rob and Ms Parveen Mahmud have been elected Chairperson and Vice-chairperson respectively of the board of governors of the UCEP-Bangladesh for the period of 2009- 10.
The other 5 members of the association are Professor M Hafizul Islam, CM Murshed, Chaklader Mansurul Alam, Jitendra Lal Bhowmik, and Dr Mehtab Khanam.
Departing Chairperson of UCEP board of governors AGM Shamsul Kamal was also present on the occasion. The Executive Director Brig Gen Aftab Uddin Ahmad (retd) presented a report for the year of 2008.
