Newspapers Owners' Association of Bangladesh (Noab) will observe holiday on March 26 (Wednesday) on the occasion of Independence and National Day. The decision came at a meeting of the executive committee of Noab, said a Noab press release on Sunday. However, newspapers will be published on March 27 under special arrangements, according to UNB.
