Detectives in separate raids in Dhaka and Jessore arrested nine persons including three college teachers on charges of leaking the HSC and polytechnic examination question papers, reports BSS.
Suman Ahmed, Abdur Rahman, Abdur Rahman alias Liton, SM Tanvir Alam alias Rizvi, Jony Rahman and Arafat Hossain were arrested from Jessore and they are the students of Jessore Polytechnic Institute and a private polytechnic institute in Jessore.
They were nabbed in connection with leaking question papers of polytechnic institute using social media.
The DB also captured Nazmul, Hasan and Kamrul, teachers of Golam Mostofa Model College at Demra, for their link to leakage of HSC exams question papers from Demra area in the capital city.
Separate cases were lodged against the arrestees with respective police stations.
