The Non-formal Education Bureau Sunday arranged a seminar on 'non-formal education policy: implication strategy' in the city.
The bureau organised the seminar on the occasion of International Literacy Day.
Acting secretary of ministry of primary and mass education Mohsarof Hossain Bhuiyan attended the programme.
