NSU organises 10th National Career Fair

North South University (NSU) inaugurated the 10th National Career Fair at the NSU Plaza on February 1 to create employment and networking opportunities for students and graduates, according to a press release.

Organised by the Career and Placement Center (CPC) and presented by MGH Group, the three-day event has brought together local and global organisations to engage with students and aspiring graduates.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Syed Iqbal Ali Shimul, Managing Director of MGH Group; Aziz Al Kaiser, Chairman of NSU Board of Trustees (BoT); Benajir Ahmed, Founder Life Member and Former Chairman of BoT; Professor Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, NSU Vice-Chancellor; Professor Nasar Uddin Ahmed, Pro-VC; and Professor Abdur Rob Khan, Treasurer.

The ceremony commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Farzana Nahid, director of CPC.

She said, "The National Career Fair reflects our commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for students and graduates to connect with leading employers."

MGH Group MD Syed Iqbal Ali Shimul said, "Reaching this milestone reflects NSU's long-standing commitment to bridging the gap between academic excellence and industry readiness.
