One killed in city road crash -

One person was killed and another one got injured when a passenger bus hit a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in the city's Kalabagan area on Monday, reports UNB.

The victim was identified as Ujir Ahmed, 55, a fast food trader. Son of Mohammad Ali, he hailed from village Aush Para under Laksam police station in Cumilla district. He was residing with his family in Kalabagan Staff Quarter, Building No-8.

The incident took place when Ujir Ahmed was about to get into a CNG-run three wheeler in front of the Kalabagan Staff Quarter. Suddenly a passenger bus of 'Savar Paribahan' hit the auto-rickshaw.
