One slaughtered in Narsingdi

NARSINGDI, Sept 7 (UNB): A worker of a textile mill was slaughtered at Bagata Tekpara village in Sadar Upazila early Thursday.
Police and family sources said some miscreants called Mohsin Miah (24) worker of local Haji Textile Mill, out of his house at 3:00 am and slaughtered him on Madanganj road in the area. They later threw the body into a nearby pond.
Police suspect that the assailants following a previous enmity might have killed him.
Police sent the body to hospital morgue for autopsy. A case was filed in this connection.
