PM to address issues in absence of ministers

Issues due to be settled at different ministries and divisions will have to be placed before the Prime Minister in the absence of the minister, deputy minister or state minister concerned.
The cabinet division has issued a circular in this connection. Cabinet division secretary M Musharraf Hossain Bhuiyan has signed it.
The government has taken the decision for the sake of expediting activities at the ministries and divisions concerned, sources say.
