PM's good wishes for ailing singer Kangalini Sufia

Director General to the Prime Minister's Office Begum Deena Haque visited Monday ailing folk singer Kangalini Sufia, now under treatment at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) Hospital, reports BSS.
She conveyed Bangla New Year's greetings and handed over some gifts to the artist on behalf of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, an official handout said.
The Director General inquired about treatment of the ailing singer. BSMMU Vice Chancellor Dr Pran Gopal Datta was present.
Sufia, sick for long, is undergoing treatment under the supervision of Prof Dr Abdullah as per directives of the Prime Minister.
The PM gave her a lump grant for meeting medical expenses, besides monthly allowances.
