SAVAR, Dec 17 (UNB): Police arrested a tea shop owner on Sunday for allegedly violating a physically challenged minor girl at Nagar Konda Jamaddarpara here.
The arrestee was identified as Majibar Rahman (35), hailing from Jamaddarpara.
Police said Majibar raped the 11-year-old girl at her own residence in the morning when her grandmother went to a nearby shop leaving her alone, said sub-inspector of Savar Model Thana Nurul Huda.
