SYLHET. May 29: Police recovered the bodies of two persons, including an Indian citizen, from the Piain River of Gowainghat Upazila of the district today.
The deceased were identified as boatman Pain Lamin (30) hailing from Jaintia Hill district of Meghalaya and Rajib Mia (22) of Jafflong area.
Police recovered the bodies from the river, Gowainghat police station officer-in-charge Md. Abdul Jalil said.
