Policeman stabbed, robbed in Ctg

CHITTAGONG, Aug 8 (UNB): Miscreants stabbed a police constable and snatched away his money and cell-phone set at Nimtala crossing in the port city Friday.
Witnesses said a gang of muggers intercepted a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in which Karimul Mostafa of the city's Madarbari police camp was returning home after performing his duty. Later, they stabbed him indiscriminately at about 11:45 pm and took away the valuables from his possession.
