Policy soon to check tobacco cultivation

In the awake of growing tobacco cultivation in the country, the government has planned to formulate a policy to check its cultivation and production, reports UNB.
"A policy will be formulated soon to check the cultivation and production of tobacco," M Amin Ul Ahsan, coordinator of tobacco control cell under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, told the news agency.
He said many ministries and government bodies are related with the tobacco cultivation and production.
