President goes to Ctg today on 3-day visit

President Abdul Hamid goes to Chattogram today (Friday) on a three-day visit to attend several programmes there, reports UNB.

"The President will attend the President Parade 2018 of 76th BMA Long Course to be organised by Bangladesh Military Academy at Bhatiary on Saturday," President Press Secretary Joynal Abedin told the news agency on Thursday evening.

Abdul Hamid will also attend the Midshipman 2016 and direct entry officers 2018/B batches during the winter President March-Post 2018 at the Bangladesh Naval Academy in Chattogram on Sunday, he said.

The President is scheduled to return to Dhaka on Sunday afternoon.
