President Md Abdul Hamid reached Singapore Sunday on a seven-day visit for his follow-up medical treatment there, reports UNB.
Bangladesh High Commissioner to Singapore Mahbub Uz Zaman received the President at Changi International Airport in the morning, according to a message received Sunday.
President Abdul Hamid will undergo medical check-up at the National Eye Hospital and the Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore.
Earlier, President Abdul Hamid left the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport by a regular Singapore Airlines flight at 11:55 pm Saturday. The President is likely to return home on May 3.
