Production suspended at KHM

KHULNA, Jan 4: The production of Khulna Hardboard Mills (KHM) has been suspended for 25 days due to shortage of raw materials and capital. The mill thus has already lost about Tk 5 million from its production sector and it is increasing day by day.
The mill was established in 1966 with an annual production capacity of 2.78 million square metres but it has closed since December 10 due to abnormal shortage in supply of raw materials, capital and furnace oil.
